FORMS & TEXTURES

Forms & Textures was born as an exploration of the fine line between art and design — a collection first presented during Milan Design Week that questions whether functionality is really what separates an object from an artwork.

Every piece began the same way: a single line drawn on paper, long before any digital modelling. That line became the boundary between one material and the next, later translated into three-dimensional volumes and brought to life through Iberpoligraph’s 3D-Machining technique — merging an analogue, almost sculptural process with contemporary production.

Forms & Textures
One line, cut in two

Every piece starts the same way — a single line drawn on paper, later split into planes of colour and texture and stacked back into a single standing form.

Forms & Textures — lamp

In some pieces that same body carries its own light — one sphere, or two, resting where the planes meet.

Cork, matte lacquer and neon colour, cut along the same partitioned lines — every piece built from the collection’s shared vocabulary of textures.

The installation

Set inside a room dressed entirely in layered tulle, the pieces read as much as a single composition as a group of individual objects.

Forms & Textures, seating piece

The one piece in the collection built to be sat on — still cut from the same folded, partitioned silhouette as the rest.

Isola, Milan Design Week

The collection took over a storefront in the Isola district for the week — the same tulle-lined room, seen this time from the street.
