SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS
This conditions apply to all countries buying from Mas Creations website.
PRICES
Prices are in VAT and don’t include shipping, except if specified differently. Local custom fees and taxes at the country of destination are not included in the price.
Shipping Costs might be different from shop calculation. If an order + payment is done and shipping costs are higher than expected, Mas Creations will get in touch with the customer to inform about the amount of shipping costs before processing the order. If the customer rejects the higher shipping costs, the order will be cancelled without any costs.
PRODUCTION / ORIGIN OF GOODS
All products are custom-made with natural materials by our artisans in Spain.

PRODUCT DETAILS
As all the goods are custom-made by our artisans with natural materials for you none of them is the same as the other one. For this reason there might be slight differences between the pictures on our website and the final product.
PAYMENTS
All payments can be realized using:
Visa and / or Mastercard
Paypal
Wire Transfer*
*Wire Transfers should be realized in a term of 5 days. If not realized in this term the order will automatically be cancelled.
**Any Additional bank costs for wire transfers will be paid by the customer.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
As the products are custom-made by our artisans for you the shipping depending on each product has a delivery time.
Hoff Sneakers: 10 days
Accessories (Pots, Vases,…): 40 days
Furniture (Chairs, Stools, Tables,…): 60 days
CUSTOMS
Customs Costs will be paid by the customer.
ORDERS
You need to be at least 16 years old to make an order on our website.
Once you realize an order and a payment for it, you have 2 days to cancel the payment. As the product will be custom-made for you once a payment is processed we can not cancel your payment neither return the paid amount.
OUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION ORDER
If a product is not available we have the right to cancel your order.
RETURNS / REFUND
As the products are custom-made for you, you can not return the product, neither can’t we refund you for it.
*For the Hoff Sneakers the devolution term is of 30 days always when the product is in unused and perfect condition. Shipping Cost for the Return should be payed by the customer and are as following. Spain: 10 euros / Europe: 40 euros / Usa, Asia, Africa & South America: 80 euros
